NOTE: Participating restaurants are subject to change and may not be available for every tour.

  • Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

    Yes, tickets must be purchased in advance and tours can be purchased with a Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you do not have any of these cards please email mailto:brmfoodtours@gmail.com with your preferred method of payment and we will try to accommodate your needs. Cash can be accepted for last minute tour guests. If you are trying to book a tour the morning of the event, and registration is closed online, please call 678-697-1120 to check availability.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable, as they guarantee your spot on the tour. However, we will reschedule your space for a future date within 90 days of original tour date. Occasionally, we will reserve the right to cancel a tour if there are not enough participants or very unusual weather conditions. If this occurs, we will provide a refund or reschedule your tour.

  • How much walking is involved?

    All tours are very leisurely and cover less than 1 mile in the downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia area.

  • Can children come on the tour?

    These tours are geared more toward adults, particularly The Brew House Tour. However, children are welcome with a ticket purchase and may especially enjoy The Sugar High Tour, as there are no alcoholic beverages served on this tour. Please note that there will be a lot of standing, walking and listening, so please consider this when deciding whether a tour is appropriate for your child, as tours may not be suitable for all ages.

  • What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

    As long as we know 24 hours in advance, we will work with the participating restaurants to accommodate your needs.

  • What beverages are served on the tour?

    Stops on the tour may include beer, wine, coffee, tea. Water is served throughout the tour stops.

  • Can we shop on the tour?

    We request that you save your shopping until after the tour and you will definitely see some places to which you will want to return.

  • What if it’s raining on the day of the tour?

    A little rain won’t slow us down, and tours will take place rain or shine. So, be sure to check the forecast, dress appropriately and bring your umbrella. We will have extra umbrellas on hand just in case you should forget yours.

  • Are pets allowed on the tours?

    Blue Ridge is a very pet friendly community. However, with the exception of guide dogs, pets are not allowed on the tours. If you will be accompanied by a service animal, please let us know when you book your tour.

  • Are the tours wheelchair accessible?

    Most restaurants are wheelchair accessible, but email or call us and we can let you know if there are any restaurants with steps or inclines that may be an issue.

  • Are there restrooms available during the tour?

    Yes, there are restrooms available during the tour.

  • Are cameras allowed on the tour?

    Yes, Blue Ridge is a beautiful town, and we encourage participants to take photos and share them with us and others especially on Facebook and TripAdvisor!

  • Do you have gift certificates available?

    Yes, gift certificates are available and may be purchased online. Each gift certificate is good for one year from purchase and may be used for any of the tours based on availability.

  • What else should I know?

    Blue Ridge Mountain Food Tours acts only as an agent for the eateries that supply food and beverages on the tours and cannot be held responsible for losses, accidents, injuries and delays caused by persons engaged in carrying out the services provided by the tour. Photographs and/or video may be taken on the tour so please let us know if you would prefer not be photographed or filmed.
